Stun Baton sparks up and down the shaft with 300,000 volts of power!

Personally I would rather have the perp hear me cycling a Mossberg 12 gauge than see the sparkle on this thing.

What do you think?

Why comprimise when you can have the real thing?

i would put the $55 elsewhere
if the bad guy has a baseball bat, then what ?
with something like this, one still has to be fairly close to the bad guy
and if they know unarmed combat/martial arts
they would treat it the same as a knife

now if you can pick up a taser, go for it

Buy a big knife and keep it sharp.A water pistol filled with ammonia is much better than this sparkling dildo.

I think everyone would do well to have non-lethal defense tools. I've been looking at the Kimber pepper spray products with intrigue: http://www.life-act.com/.

Something else to look at: http://www.stungunsupply.com/.

Never bring a stun gun/baton, knife, bat, pepper spray or ammonia watergun to a GUN FIGHT! And if someone/thing is coming into my house uninvited, that's a gun fight! Use your $55 for more ammo!

damn!!!!!

i used to live in florida for a few yrs and i bought a stun gun down there and of course i had to press the button a few times to see that mesmorizing blue arc of fury....after a few presses the thing melted and was garbaged.

oh well....i guess a bat would be better or the telescopic police baton i purchased over the summer.

I had an old two prong for use handling vagrints when I worked nights at a hotel. I can tell you for a fact, it's little more than a cattle prod. It'll make him jump, but unless you're prepared to grapple and hold it on him, it won't put someone down. What it will do is make him clamp down on the trigger of whatever he's holding. IMHO, you'd be far better served with a billy club.

In NY/NJ there's a "duty to retreat" so even if you have a gun and protect yourself, you'll likely do time in prison for the "priviledge"

Pure insanity, I know :no_ma:

So true, unless you're living there for X number of years with the idea that you'll save every penny and get the hell out as soon as your goal is reached, I'd say it's just plain foolish to live there.
Generally people have no idea what rules they're living under until something happens and they get caught up in the legal process - by then it's too late.
Still, it's good that not everyone wants to live out in the country, there's only so much land to go around
